Performance Marketing Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns on
Meta Ads
,
Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube)
, and
LinkedIn Ads
.
Develop, monitor, and manage campaign budgets to ensure maximum performance and ROI.
Conduct A/B testing on creatives, ad copies, and landing pages to enhance campaign outcomes.
Track and analyze key performance metrics like CPC, CTR, CPA, and ROAS.
Set up proper tracking using
Meta Pixel
,
UTMs
, and
Google Tag Manager
.
Collaborate with design and content teams to develop impactful ad creatives.
Stay updated with platform algorithms, new ad formats, and industry trends.
Prepare detailed performance reports and suggest data-backed optimization strategies.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
2+ years of experience in
Performance Marketing / Digital Advertising
.
Proven expertise in
Meta Ads Manager
and
Google Ads
(certification preferred).
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in
Google Analytics
,
Tag Manager
, and
Data Studio
.
Good understanding of conversion tracking, audience segmentation, and retargeting strategies.
Excellent communication, analytical, and project management skills.
