Key Responsibilities

• Generate new business leads through market research, networking, and outreach.

 • Conduct onsite or virtual client meetings to present IT software/HRMS solutions.

 • Onboard new clients and ensure a seamless transition to CHPL platforms.

 • Build and nurture strong client relationships for long-term business growth.

 • Prepare and deliver sales pitches, proposals, and product demonstrations.

 • Collaborate with pre-sales, technical, and support teams to ensure client satisfaction.

 • Consistently achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.



Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field.

 • Minimum 6 Months experience of sales/business development experience, preferably in IT/software. 

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. 

• Strong presentation abilities and client handling skills.

 • Basic knowledge of IT/software solutions is preferred.
