About the Role

We’re looking for a results-driven Performance Marketer who can independently run, analyze, and

evaluate campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and leading marketplace platforms. The ideal

candidate understands how to generate real outcomes — not just impressions — and knows exactly how

to push brands to the top on Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit, and Zepto.

Key Responsibilities

● Plan, run, and optimize Google & Meta campaigns with a strong focus on ROI, conversions, and

performance outcomes.

● Analyze campaign data, evaluate results, and create actionable insights.

● Manage and optimize marketplace listings across Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit, and Zepto.

● Improve ranking, visibility, and conversions through marketplace SEO and performance

strategies.

● Collaborate with design/content for effective ad creatives and messaging.

● Track KPIs, conduct A/B tests, manage budgets, and ensure measurable revenue impact.

Required Skills

● Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads & Meta Ads.

● Ability to analyze campaign performance and understand what actually drives results.

● Knowledge of Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit, and Zepto marketplace systems.

● Good understanding of GA4, GTM, UTM tracking, and attribution models.

● Solid Excel/Sheets skills and strong communication abilities.

● High accountability and the ability to deliver performance under deadlines
