Performance Marketing Manager

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:* * Plan, execute, and optimize paid marketing campaigns across platforms such as Google, Facebook, and LinkedIn to achieve performance KPIs (CTR, CPL, CPA, ROAS). * Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (content, design, account managers) to develop cohesive and effective campaign strategies. * Continuously monitor platform updates, industry trends, and competitor activities to refine strategies and stay ahead. * Analyze campaign performance data, identify insights, and generate reports with actionable recommendations for internal and external stakeholders. * Manage and allocate ad budgets effectively to maximize ROI while maintaining efficiency metrics. * Test new channels, ad formats, and creative approaches to improve campaign outcomes. * Contribute to client strategy discussions and identify opportunities for up-sell or cross-sell based on performance insights. Qualifications:* * 4+ years of hands-on experience in performance marketing across Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager. * Strong understanding of digital marketing metrics and campaign optimization techniques. * Experience managing significant ad spends with a proven track record of achieving performance goals. * Excellent analytical and reporting skills; comfortable with data and attribution tools (e.g., Google Analytics, GA4, Looker Studio). * Familiarity with D2C brands, e-commerce platforms like Shopify, and lead generation campaigns. * Strong communication skills with the ability to present insights and strategies clearly. * Self-starter mindset with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities simultaneously.
