We’re looking for a Performance Marketing Manager who can take charge of scaling ad campaigns across Meta, Google, Amazon, and Flipkart with strategic precision and measurable results.

What You’ll Do:

Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube).

Manage and scale Amazon Ads (AMS) and Flipkart Ads, driving visibility and conversions for e-commerce brands.

Monitor and analyze campaign performance using analytics tools; derive insights to improve ROI and reduce CAC.

Develop and test new growth strategies, audiences, creatives, and funnel optimizations.

Collaborate with the creative and strategy teams to ensure campaigns align with brand goals and KPIs.

Stay ahead of trends, platform updates, and best practices in the digital ads ecosystem.

What We’re Looking For:

• 2–4 years of hands-on experience managing Meta and Google Ads campaigns.
• Proven experience with Amazon & Flipkart advertising dashboards.
• Strong understanding of performance metrics, attribution, and conversion optimization.
• Analytical mindset with proficiency in Google Analytics, Meta Business Manager, and Excel/Sheets.
• Ability to manage multiple clients or campaigns simultaneously with attention to detail.
• Creative problem solver with a growth mindset and data-driven approach.
