Job Overview:

Performance Marketing Executive


Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan & Execute Lead Generation Campaigns:

Strategize, implement, and manage paid campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, Google Search, YouTube, and Google Display Network (GDN) to achieve client KPIs.

  • Conversion Tracking & Analytics:

Set up and manage conversion tracking using Meta Pixel, Google Tag Manager (GTM), and ensure accurate measurement through Google Analytics.

  • Campaign Optimization & Budget Management:

Monitor and optimize campaigns for key metrics like CPL (Cost per Lead), CPR (Cost per Result), CTR (Click-through Rate), and conversions while managing daily & monthly budgets effectively.

  • Collaboration with Creative Team:

Work with designers and copywriters to ensure that ad creatives and messaging align with the campaign objectives and client expectations.

  • A/B Testing & Experimentation:

Conduct rigorous A/B tests on ad copies, targeting audiences, placements, and bidding strategies to continually improve performance.

  • Performance Reporting:

Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports highlighting campaign performance, insights, and recommendations for optimization.

  • Client Coordination & Strategy Input:

Interact with clients to understand their project USPs, target audience personas, and sales funnel dynamics to develop effective marketing strategies.

  • Market Research & Trend Analysis:

Stay updated with industry trends, platform updates, and competitor campaigns to innovate and improve campaign strategies.


Key Skills Required:

  • Strong understanding of Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube), and analytics
  • Experience with CRM tools, lead forms, Zapier integrations
  • Ability to reduce CPL while maintaining lead quality
  • Knowledge of remarketing, custom audiences, and lookalike audiences
  • Comfortable with tools like Google Analytics, GTM, Meta Events Manager
