Job Description

We are looking for a Performance Marketing Executive with strong technical understanding and IT sales exposure. This role combines performance-driven digital marketing with lead qualification and IT solution selling.

You will be responsible not only for generating high-quality leads through paid campaigns, but also for understanding client requirements, pitching IT services, and supporting the sales closure process.

This role is ideal for candidates who understand how technology is built, how businesses buy IT services, and how performance marketing directly impacts revenue.


Key Responsibilities

Performance Marketing

  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other performance channels
  • Drive lead generation for IT services such as web development, mobile apps, SaaS, ERP, digital transformation, or custom software
  • Optimize campaigns based on CPL, CAC, ROAS, lead quality, and conversion rates
  • Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, landing pages, and funnels
  • Track and analyze performance using Google Analytics, pixels, and conversion events
  • Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights


IT Sales & Lead Handling

  • Qualify inbound leads generated through performance campaigns
  • Understand client business needs and map them to suitable IT solutions
  • Present and pitch company IT services confidently to prospects
  • Coordinate with technical and project teams to validate scope and feasibility
  • Support proposal preparation, pricing discussions, and follow-ups
  • Maintain lead data, status updates, and pipeline visibility


Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and/or LinkedIn Ads
  • Strong understanding of performance marketing metrics and funnels
  • Technical knowledge of IT services (web, mobile, APIs, cloud basics, SaaS, or software development lifecycle)
  • Experience in IT services sales, pre-sales, or lead qualification
  • Ability to understand client requirements and explain technical concepts in simple business terms
  • Working knowledge of CRM tools, lead management, and reporting
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills


Good to Have

  • Experience selling B2B IT services or SaaS solutions
  • Knowledge of SEO, landing page optimization, and conversion rate optimization
  • Experience working with international clients
  • Familiarity with tools like HubSpot, Zoho CRM, or similar
