About the position

We are seeking a data-driven Performance Marketing Executive to lead paid media and SEO initiatives across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other digital channels. The role focuses on driving qualified leads, optimizing campaign ROI, and integrating AI-based tools to enhance marketing performance and automation.


Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across LinkedIn Ads,Google Ads, Meta, YouTube, strong focus on lead generation and revenue growth.
  • Manage budgeting, targeting, bidding strategies, A/B testing, and creative optimization to deliver efficient CAC, ROAS, and conversions.
  • Drive full-funnel performance campaigns for product launches, sale events, and brand-building initiatives. Lead SEO strategy and execution including keyword research, content planning, technical SEO, and GEO-targeted SEO for regional growth.
  • Use AI tools (ChatGPT, Jasper, AdCreative.ai, etc.) for automating ad copies, creative generation, and campaign optimization.
  • Analyze campaign performance using GA4, GTM, GMC, CRM, and BI dashboards to track KPIs such as traffic, conversion rate, bounce rate, AOV, and channel-wise revenue.
  • Conduct post-campaign reviews, identify insights, and refine strategies to improve performance.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with content, creative, tech, product, and sales teams to ensure marketing alignment and accurate tracking across systems.
  • Stay updated on platform updates, AI trends, and new performance marketing tools to continuously enhance results.


Required Skills & Qualification

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field (MBA preferred).
  • 2+ years of experience in performance marketing across digital platforms.
  • Hands-on expertise in Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and YouTube Ads.
  • Solid grasp of SEO, analytics, conversion optimization, and automation tools.
  • Proficient in GA4, GTM, CRM, and AIbased marketing tools. Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Collaborative and adaptable in a fastpaced, data-driven environment
