Role Summary

The Performance Marketing Execution & Channel Manager is a hands-on, results-driven role responsible for the daily planning, execution, management, and optimization of all paid digital advertising campaigns. The primary goal is to drive high-quality leads for our adult and children's programs while aggressively optimizing the Cost Per Acquisition (CPA) across platforms.

Key Responsibilities

1. Campaign Execution & Management (70% Focus):

  • Hands-On Operation: Daily management and execution of paid campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube), Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), and LinkedIn Ads.
  • Budget Allocation: Manage assigned budget segments, ensuring optimal allocation based on real-time performance data to hit ROI and lead volume targets.
  • Creative Testing: Design and execute rigorous A/B testing protocols for ad copy, creatives (video/static), headlines, and landing pages to continuously improve conversion rates.
  • Optimization: Monitor campaign performance metrics (CPL, CTR, Conversion Rate, Quality Score) hourly and daily, implementing rapid adjustments to keywords, bids, placements, and audience targeting.

2. Audience Strategy & Segmentation:

  • Develop advanced audience segmentation strategies, including lookalike audiences, custom audiences, and retargeting pools specific to our different programs (e.g., corporate professionals vs. public speaking aspirants).
  • Conduct in-depth keyword research and competitive analysis to identify new growth opportunities and competitive advantages in the digital landscape.

3. Reporting & Analysis:

  • Track, analyze, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and marketing metrics using Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and native platform dashboards.
  • Translate complex data into actionable insights and strategic recommendations for the management team.
  • Ensure accurate tracking implementation (pixel/tag placement) using Google Tag Manager (GTM) to maintain data integrity.

4. Collaboration & Asset Management:

  • Work closely with the Content/Creative team to brief them on required ad creatives, specifically communicating performance trends and necessary creative pivots.
  • Collaborate with the web development team to ensure landing pages are optimized for speed, mobile performance, and conversion (CRO).

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Experience: 3-5 years of proven, hands-on experience managing and scaling paid media campaigns with substantial budgets (preferably in the EdTech or High-Value Service/Training sector).
  • Technical Proficiency: Expert-level knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and Google Analytics 4 (GA4).
  • Optimization Skills: Demonstrated ability to lower CPA and increase ROI through continuous optimization and testing.
  • Data Driven: High proficiency in spreadsheet tools (Excel/Google Sheets) for data manipulation and analysis.
  • Certifications (Preferred but not Mandatory): Google Ads Certifications (Search, Video, Measurement) and/or Meta Blueprint Certification.
  • Mindset: Must be proactive, highly analytical, and possess a strong sense of ownership and accountability for achieving measurable results.
