We are seeking a Performance Marketing Analyst who thrives on data and creativity to help scale Trydan Tech’s digital presence. In this role, you will lead initiatives to increase website traffic, improve online visibility, and generate high-quality leads through strategic digital campaigns. This is a key position within our growth team and ideal for professionals passionate about B2B marketing in technical and industrial sectors. Key Responsibilities Plan, execute, and optimise paid and organic marketing campaigns across platforms including LinkedIn, Google Ads, and relevant social channels. Monitor and improve website performance, user engagement, and conversion paths through SEO/SEM best practices. Conduct multivariate testing and A/B experiments to refine targeting, messaging, and budget allocation. Collaborate with design, content, and product teams to ensure campaigns are technically accurate and brand-aligned. Track, report, and analyse KPIs such as CTR, CPC, CAC, conversion rates, lead quality, and traffic growth using tools like Google Analytics, LinkedIn Insights, and Search Console. Provide data-backed insights and strategic recommendations to drive continuous campaign performance improvement. Stay informed on digital marketing trends, platform updates, and industry-specific opportunities to maintain a competitive edge. Requirements 2–4 years of experience in performance marketing, digital advertising, or analytics—preferably in B2B or industrial sectors. Proven experience in LinkedIn Ads and Google Ads for lead generation. Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, web analytics, and marketing automation tools. Ability to turn data into actionable strategies with a keen analytical mindset. Familiarity with CMS platforms like WordPress and basic HTML/CSS is a plus.
