As a Performance Marketing Analyst specializing in Google Ads, Meta Ads, and tracking/CRM/data, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the success of our paid media campaigns by diving deep into campaign data and maintaining flawless tracking systems. Your attention to detail and analytical skills will be key in optimizing our campaigns and driving business growth. **Role Overview:** You will be responsible for verifying tracking daily, pulling lead quality samples, maintaining dashboards, spotting anomalies early, supporting campaign optimizations, and integrating CRM and offline conversions into ad platforms. Your role will be instrumental in providing data-driven insights to the Paid Media Manager for quick decision-making. **Key Responsibilities:** - Verify tracking daily including pixels, Google Tag Manager, and CRM lead capture - Pull lead quality samples from CRM/sales and flag any junk, duplicates, or mismatches - Update and maintain dashboards for spend, CPL, ROAS, and conversion rate - Spot anomalies early such as CPC spikes, drop in conversions, or impression share loss - Support campaign optimizations by providing data-driven insights for targeting and budget allocation - Help integrate CRM and offline conversions into ad platforms for better attribution **Qualifications Required:** - 1-3 years of experience in performance marketing analytics with expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, or both - Strong understanding of tracking tools like Google Tag Manager, Pixels, and UTM structures - Familiarity with CRM systems such as Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar - Hands-on experience with dashboards like Google Data Studio/Looker, Sheets, or BI tools - Analytical mindset with a passion for numbers, spotting trends, and solving data puzzles - Detail-oriented with the ability to notice anomalies others might miss If you join us, you will have the opportunity to work with a high-growth performance marketing team, collaborate with dedicated professionals, and build robust data systems that directly impact ROI and client growth.
