About the Role:
We are seeking a highly analytical and strategic Performance Marketing Analyst with proven experience managing digital campaigns across global marketplaces such as Amazon, eBay, On-Buy and Shopify. The ideal candidate will have a strong command of performance marketing metrics, including impressions, clicks, conversions, and revenue attribution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor, analyze, and report on performance marketing campaigns across global marketplaces (paid search, display, video, and social) with a focus on customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth.
- Optimize paid media campaigns (e.g., PPC, display, retargeting, programmatic) using platform-specific tools including Amazon Advertising, Google Ads, and Meta Ads.
- Track and enhance key marketing performance indicators such as impressions, click-through rate (CTR), conversion rate (CVR), cost per acquisition (CPA), return on ad spend (ROAS), advertising cost of sales (ACOS), total ACOS (TACOS), customer acquisition cost (CAC), and lifetime value (LTV).
- Conduct in-depth market research to identify emerging trends, competitive insights, and regional differences to inform campaign strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including creative, eCommerce, sales, and product teams to ensure alignment of marketing initiatives with broader business objectives.
- Develop and maintain detailed performance dashboards and reports using Google Data Studio, Power BI, or Tableau for internal stakeholders.
- Forecast campaign performance, build data models, and support budget planning and resource allocation.
- Ensure accurate campaign tracking, tagging, and attribution through tools like Google Analytics (including GA4) and UTM parameterization.
- Conduct A/B and multivariate testing to optimize creative, audience targeting, bidding strategies, and placements.
- Stay updated on digital marketing trends, marketplace algorithm changes, industry benchmarks, and innovations in advertising technology.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Analytics, Data Science, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing, specifically across global eCommerce marketplaces.
- Strong knowledge of digital advertising platforms including Google Ads, Meta Ads, Amazon Advertising, and marketplace-specific DSPs.
- Proficiency in data analytics tools such as Google Analytics, GA4, Excel/Google Sheets, SQL, and campaign reporting dashboards.
- Experience with bid strategy management, conversion funnel optimization, and performance segmentation
