Position: Performance Marketer

Location: Surat

Role Overview :-

We are seeking a results-driven Performance Marketer to manage and optimize paid digital marketing campaigns that drive qualified traffic, leads, and conversions for our luxury jewellery brand. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, YouTube, and other performance platforms, coupled with a sharp analytical mindset and creative problem-solving skills.

You will play a key role in scaling our online sales, improving campaign ROI, and enhancing the brand’s digital presence across channels.

Key Responsibilities :-

1. Paid Campaign Management

  • Plan, implement, and optimize campaigns across Google Search, Display, Shopping, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), and YouTube.
  • Manage full-funnel marketing campaigns — from awareness to conversion.
  • Build and execute retargeting, prospecting, and lookalike audience strategies to boost sales.
  • Monitor campaign performance daily and optimize ad spend for maximum ROI.
  • Collaborate with creative and content teams to ensure ad visuals and copies align with brand tone and objectives.

2. Analytics, Tracking & Reporting

  • Analyze campaign performance metrics — CTR, CPC, CPM, CPA, CAC, ROAS, and overall ROI.
  • Set up and manage tracking via Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, Google Tag Manager, and UTM parameters.
  • Generate weekly and monthly reports highlighting performance insights, learnings, and growth opportunities.
  • Identify trends and competitor benchmarks to guide data-driven marketing decisions.

3. Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO)

  • Evaluate website and landing page performance to improve user experience and conversion rates.
  • Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, copies, audience segments, and landing pages.
  • Work closely with the web and design team to optimize checkout flow, load time, and mobile responsiveness.
  • Implement funnel optimization strategies to reduce drop-offs and maximize ROI.

4. Budgeting & Strategy

  • Develop and manage the digital marketing budget effectively across all paid channels.
  • Forecast monthly and quarterly campaign performance aligned with business goals.
  • Identify high-performing channels and allocate budgets accordingly for best efficiency.
  • Recommend innovative approaches to improve campaign performance and lower acquisition costs.

5. Collaboration & Innovation

  • Work closely with creative, content, and sales teams to align marketing campaigns with business objectives.
  • Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends, ad formats, bidding strategies, and tools.
  • Propose and execute new growth experiments and campaign ideas.

Key Skills & Requirements :-

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • 2–6 years of experience managing paid media campaigns in eCommerce, Jewellery, or Luxury Retail.
  • Proven expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, YouTube Ads, and Analytics tools.
  • Strong understanding of performance metrics, attribution models, and conversion funnels.
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager (GTM), and Excel/Google Sheets for reporting.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Creative mindset with an eye for luxury brand positioning and audience engagement.

Preferred Qualifications :-

  • Experience with Shopify / WooCommerce / custom eCommerce CMS.
  • Hands-on experience with email automation, affiliate marketing, or influencer performance campaigns.
  • Google Ads and Meta Blueprint certifications (preferred but not mandatory).
