Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Performance Marketer to join our UAE-based firm’s team in Edapally. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in managing paid advertising campaigns across multiple platforms including social media, Google Ads, and Meta Ads. You will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing campaigns to drive measurable growth and maximize ROI.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn Ads, and other relevant platforms.
• Develop and implement effective performance marketing strategies.
• Manage campaign budgets to ensure cost-effective spending and meet KPIs.
• Analyze campaign data, generate reports, and provide actionable insights for improvement.
• Collaborate with design and content teams to improve landing pages and ad creatives for better conversions.
• Conduct audience research and apply advanced targeting techniques.
• Run A/B tests to identify the most effective ads and landing page variations.
• Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends and platform updates.
• Work closely with SEO, content, design, and analytics teams to ensure cohesive marketing strategies.

Requirements:

• Proven experience managing paid advertising campaigns on Google, Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
• Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and related tools.
• Proficiency in data analysis using Google Analytics or similar platforms.
• Understanding of conversion tracking and funnel optimization.
• Ability to manage budgets and optimize for maximum ROI.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently.
• Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred.
