Performance Marketer

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, manage, and optimize
Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube)
and
Meta Ads (Facebook, Instagram)
campaigns focused on B2B lead generation for HRMS.
Conduct
audience research
and build precise targeting strategies to acquire quality leads.
Develop effective ad copy, creatives, and landing pages in coordination with the content and design team.
Monitor, analyze, and report on
campaign performance metrics
, CPL (Cost Per Lead), ROI, CTR, and conversions.
Run
A/B testing
for creatives, copy, and audiences to improve campaign outcomes.
Coordinate with the sales team to ensure
lead quality and follow-up workflows
.
Track conversion rates and funnel performance using tools like
Google Analytics, GA4, and CRM
integrations.
Stay updated with the latest trends in
digital advertising, bidding strategies
, and platform changes.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
2+ years of experience in
performance marketing
or digital advertising with a focus on B2B.
Proficiency in
Google Ads
,
Meta Ads Manager
,
Google Tag Manager
, and
Google Analytics (GA4)
.
Prior experience running
HRTech
, SaaS, or enterprise lead-gen campaigns is highly preferred.
Strong understanding of
sales funnels
, conversion tracking, and remarketing strategies.
Experience with
CRM tools
(HubSpot, Zoho, etc.) and
landing page builders
(Unbounce, Webflow, etc.) is a plus.
Data-driven mindset with excellent analytical and reporting skills.
