Job Description

Full-Time Performance Marketer

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, launch, and scale
Google Ads & Meta Ads
campaigns
Drive
lead generation, conversions, and sales growth
Track and analyze KPIs (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS) with clear reporting
Build and manage marketing funnels with retargeting strategies
Collaborate with design and content teams to deliver engaging creatives
Conduct A/B tests
for ads and landing pages
Ensure proper tracking with
pixels, UTM parameters, and analytics tools
Prepare and maintain structured reports and campaign trackers in Google Sheets and Google Docs

Requirements:

Expertise in Google Ads and Meta Ads
Strong understanding of funnels, conversions, and retargeting
Proficiency in Google Sheets (formulas, reporting dashboards)
and
Google Docs (client reports, documentation)
Analytical mindset with strong reporting and communication skills
Knowledge of automation tools, tracking systems, and CRM integrations
(preferred)
