You are expanding your creative team and looking for skilled and artistic Video Editors who can turn raw footage into scroll-stopping, engaging visual stories. If you love crafting compelling edits, understand social media trends, and can bring emotion and rhythm to a 15 to 60-second video, this role is for you. - Edit short-form content (Reels, Shorts, TikToks) and long-form videos when required - Maintain consistent visual identity as per brand style - Add music, sound effects, captions, transitions, and motion elements that enhance storytelling - Understand pacing and emotional flow of scenes - Collaborate with the creative, scripting, and design teams - Receive feedback and refine edits efficiently - Deliver projects on time with professional-quality output Requirements: - Strong knowledge of video editing tools (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Capcut, etc) - Experience editing social media content - Aesthetic understanding of color, typography, and layout - Ability to work across different video styles (cinematic, fast-paced, minimal, UGC etc) - Creative mindset and willingness to experiment - Must have a portfolio or past work samples Good to Have (Not Mandatory): - Basic motion graphics skills - Experience editing YouTube content - Awareness of meme timing and social content trends This is not just about editing videos.
