About the Role:

data-driven Performance Marketer

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, execute, and optimize
performance marketing campaigns
across search engines, social media, and display networks.
Manage
campaign budgets, A/B testing, bid strategies, and audience targeting
to maximize ROI.
Continuously analyze campaign performance, generate insights, and present reports with actionable recommendations.
Collaborate with
creative teams for ad creatives
(copy, design, video) aligned with campaign goals.
Drive strategies for
lead generation, conversion rate optimization (CRO), and retargeting
funnels.
Monitor and manage
pixel tracking, attribution models, and marketing automation tools
.
Stay updated with platform algorithm changes, trends, and new opportunities in digital advertising.
Work closely with sales teams to ensure
lead quality and pipeline growth
.

Requirements:

Experienced in
performance marketing
Strong expertise in
Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, and Analytics tools (GA4, GTM)
.
Proven track record of
managing budgets, scaling campaigns, and achieving CPA/ROAS targets
.
Analytical mindset with strong Excel/Google Sheets skills for data analysis.
Basic knowledge of
SEO, email marketing, and marketing automation
is a plus.
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication and reporting skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

Google Ads & Meta Blueprint Certifications.
Experience in
D2C/e-commerce, B2B lead generation
.
Knowledge of CRM tools like
HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, etc.
.
