We’re seeking someone to join our Enterprise Technology team as a Performance & Data Analytics Engineer, in Workforce Technology & Services to join our team, with a strong focus on Windows Desktop and VMware virtualization. This is a hands-on, technically demanding role that requires deep expertise in scripting, performance engineering, data analytics and system analysis. The ideal candidate should have a solid technical foundation, strategic thinking capabilities, and excellent communication and collaboration skills. In addition to core engineering responsibilities, the candidate must demonstrate strong analytical abilities and be comfortable working with large datasets to uncover performance trends and optimization opportunities. Proficiency in Excel Macros, Power BI, Grafana, Tableau, and PowerShell scripting is essential for data manipulation, visualization, and automation. Experience with automation frameworks and tools is highly desirable, as the role involves streamlining performance testing and reporting processes. What You’ll Do In The Role
- Build and maintain interactive dashboards in Power BI, Tableau, and Grafana tailored to business needs.
- Ensure dashboards are intuitive, visually engaging, and deliver actionable insights.
- Perform deep-dive analysis on large datasets to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities using SQL and Snowflake as backend.
- Model data from various sources to support reporting and analytics.
- Proactively identify and resolve data or system issues.
- Leverage automation tools and frameworks to streamline performance testing and reporting processes.
- Aggregate and analyze data from multiple sources, perform data crunching and transformation, and develop consolidated reports and dashboards to support operational and strategic decision-making.
What You’ll Bring To The Role
- At least 4+ years' relevant experience would generally be expected to find the skills required for this role.
- Experience in Information Technology, with a focus on Automation, AI, and statistical analysis.
- Proficiency in Excel Macros, Power BI, Grafana, Tableau, and PowerShell for data analysis and reporting. Working knowledge of SQL, Snowflakes and database connectivity.
- Knowledge of performance monitoring tools such as Perfmon, SysTrack, Splunk, Wireshark, Fiddler, and Procmon is plus
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to process and interpret large datasets.> Demonstrated ability to learn and apply new technologies quickly.
- Excellent coordination, communication, and documentation skills.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science.
- Passion for continuous learning and staying current with emerging technologies.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of complex performance challenges.
