People Partner

As a People Partner at Equiniti, you will be responsible for the entire employee lifecycle from onboarding to exit for the assigned division located in Bengaluru & Chennai. You will work in a US shift and collaborate with the HRBP, Operations & HR initiatives for the Bangalore/Chennai location. Your role involves implementing Human Resources programs and practices, designing initiatives to enhance Employee Experience, driving engagement activities, working with business leaders for HR program implementation, workforce analytics, retention strategies, performance management, policy implementation, employee relations, and resolving people issues. Key Responsibilities: - Implement Human Resources programs and practices for the respective business unit(s) - Design initiatives to enhance Employee Experience and drive Engagement activities - Collaborate with business leaders and HR Head for HR program implementation - Work on Workforce analytics and design interventions accordingly - Track, analyze, and report HR metrics with SBU HR and business leaders - Support retention discussions, management, and proactive retention strategies - Facilitate quarterly Performance Management, Rewards, Engagement, Fun & CSR initiatives - Implement policies and processes and communicate them to team members - Resolve issues, queries, grievances, and support various people issues like performance, absenteeism, workplace harassment, diversity, etc. Qualification / Skills Required: - Postgraduate in Human Resource Management, MBA(HR) from a leading Institute - 5 to 7 years of experience in a similar role - Willingness to work in Night (US) shift Additional Company Benefits: - 3 days of additional leaves on & above statutory requirement along with 2 days of voluntary leaves for CSR initiatives - Reimbursement of business-related certification expenses - Comprehensive Medical Assurance coverage for dependents & Parents - Cab transport for staff working in UK & US shift - Accidental & Life cover 3 times of concerned CTC Join Equiniti and be a part of a dynamic team where your contributions are valued and rewarded.,
