As a professional responsible for maintaining employee master data, you will be tasked with receiving daily updates on new joinings, exits, and transfers from the Recruitment team. Your duties will include creating employee codes, updating the employee master database, sharing data with all relevant stakeholders, and ensuring the employee master records are up-to-date. In relation to the time attendance system, you will receive monthly attendance reports from the Zonal HR department. Your role will involve verifying the accuracy of attendance data, reconciling it with the master database, and making necessary corrections as required. Additionally, you will be involved in the full and final settlement process. This will entail verifying documents submitted by resigned employees, preparing full and final settlement statements, obtaining approvals, and processing disbursements accordingly. You will also be responsible for re-verifying attendance data, checking for employee details duplication, receiving deduction details from the Accounts and HR departments, and submitting them for approval to the Head of HR. Furthermore, you will play a crucial role in ensuring statutory and process compliance within the organization. This will involve providing provision data to the Accounts department for bonus, gratuity, and earned leave, as well as handling employee grievances related to salary, full and final settlements, EPF, and ESIC. To qualify for this position, you are expected to hold an MBA in HR, PGDHRM, MSW, or any other equivalent degree, along with 3 to 9 years of relevant experience. This is a full-time, permanent role with benefits that include cell phone reimbursement, health insurance, paid sick time, and provident fund contributions.
