People Partner

Role Overview: At Bayer, as a People Partner, you will play a crucial role in focusing on the people aspects of the organization. Your mission will be to support individuals and organizations to achieve more by developing and executing initiatives to enhance employee experience, engagement, performance, and development. You will be part of the Partnering Capability team and collaborate closely with individuals, Home Leaders, and Leadership teams to address people-related needs within the organization. Key Responsibilities: - Address requests from Employees and People Leaders, executing activities required to address the request and collaborating with Business Partners for strategic initiatives. - Design and implement change management activation for local and global initiatives, supporting organizational changes and transformations. - Work with Teams, People Leaders, and Employees to improve work relationships, increase collaboration, and retention. - Manage and resolve employee relations issues, maintain internal trends and understand external market dynamics for impactful solutions. - Serve as a Focal Point for specific business needs, interact with key stakeholders, foster a collaborative environment, and identify specific needs for initiatives. - Support and manage Labor Relations/negotiations if applicable for the area. Qualifications Required: - Preferably a university degree or equivalent, with a focus on Human Resources. MBA desirable. - Fluency in English and the local language (spoken and written).
