Position Overview
We're looking for an energetic and driven People Partner to join our People & Culture team and support our mission of building a high-performance, high-ownership startup culture. This role is perfect for someone with 56 years of HR experience who enjoys being hands-on, solving problems, and growing alongside the business.You'll work closely with business leaders, managers, and employees to support key people processes, enhance employee experience, and drive initiatives that align with our company goals. Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary HR partner for specific teams, supporting them on day-to-day matters and ensuring smooth execution of people-related processes.
- Work closely with managers to support performance management, feedback cycles, and employee development initiatives.
- Support the implementation of various people programs such as employee engagement initiatives, rewards and recognition, onboarding, and policy rollouts.
- Assist in handling employee relations matters by ensuring fair, consistent, and timely resolution of issues. Support investigations as required.
- Maintain and update internal documentation, HRIS records, and workflows for key HR operations such as exits, transfers, and role changes.
- Collaborate effectively with other functions such as Talent Acquisition, Admin, and Finance to ensure seamless employee experiences.
- Contribute to initiatives that promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture aligned with our organizational values.
Qualifications
- 56 years of experience in an HR Business Partner, Generalist, or People Partner role, preferably in a SaaS based startup or technology-driven organization.
- Sound understanding of core HR functions, including employee lifecycle management, performance processes, engagement, and basic compliance.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build trust and influence stakeholders across levels.
- Demonstrated ownership, problem-solving ability, and attention to detail in managing HR operations and initiatives.
- Comfort working in a fast-changing environment and balancing multiple priorities.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related discipline.
