Role Overview: At Founda, you will play a crucial role in redefining the future of healthcare by managing the full spectrum of people and workplace topics as a People Partner in India. Key Responsibilities: - **Office & Facilities Management:** You will oversee day-to-day office operations, manage vendor relationships, and ensure the smooth running of our workplace. - **Recruitment Support:** Collaborating with hiring managers, you will support recruitment needs, coordinate interviews, and manage relationships with external recruiters. - **Culture & Events:** By coordinating team events and engagement activities, you will help build and maintain our company culture. Qualifications Required: - 3-5 years of experience in a People/HR Generalist role, preferably within a dynamic and fast-growing organization. - Proven hands-on experience in office and facilities management. - Ability to balance and effectively manage operational tasks and cultural initiatives. - Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently. - Willingness to work in a hybrid setup (remote + in-office) for 3-4 days a week. - Based in Bangalore.
