People Partner

As a People Partner at Founda Health, your role will involve overseeing various aspects of office and facilities management, providing recruitment support, and contributing to the development of company culture and events. You will be a key part of the People Team, collaborating closely with colleagues based in Europe and the Engineering Manager in India. Key Responsibilities: - Office & Facilities Management: You will be responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day office operations, managing vendor relationships, and maintaining a well-functioning workplace. - Recruitment Support: Collaborate with hiring managers to meet recruitment needs, coordinate interviews, and build relationships with external recruiters. - Culture & Events: Play a vital role in fostering and sustaining company culture by organizing team events and engagement activities. Qualifications Required: - 3-5 years of experience in a People/HR Generalist role, preferably in a dynamic and fast-growing organization. - Demonstrated hands-on experience in office and facilities management. - Ability to effectively balance operational tasks with cultural initiatives. - Strong communication skills and the ability to work autonomously. - Comfort with a hybrid work setup (remote + in-office) for 3-4 days a week. - Based in Bangalore.
