Job Description

Role Overview: As a People Partner at Equiniti, you will be responsible for the entire employee life cycle, from onboarding to exit, for the assigned division. This role will require you to work from the office in Bengaluru & Chennai in a US shift. You will be part of a global fintech company specializing in shareholder management, and your role will involve managing HRBP, Operations, and HR initiatives for the Bangalore/Chennai location. Key Responsibilities: - Implement Human Resources programs and practices for the respective business unit(s) - Design initiatives to enhance Employee Experience and drive Engagement activities for the specific BU and Bengaluru/Chennai location - Collaborate with Business leaders and HR Head to implement business unit-specific HR programs and employee connects - Work on Workforce analytics and design interventions accordingly - Track, analyze, and report HR metrics with SBU HR and business leaders - Support retention discussions, management, and proactive retention strategies - Facilitate quarterly Performance Management, Rewards, Engagement, Fun & CSR initiatives - Implement and communicate policies and processes to team members - Resolve employee relations issues, queries, and grievances - Address various people issues such as performance, absenteeism, workplace harassment, diversity, and POSH Qualification / Skills Required: - Postgraduate in Human Resource Management, MBA(HR) from a leading Institute - 5 to 7 years of experience in a similar role - Willingness to work in Night (US) shift Additional Details: Equiniti is a leading international provider of shareholder, pension, remediation, and credit technology with over 6000 employees supporting 37 million people in 120 countries.
