Job Description

We at Beebom are looking for a dynamic and people-focused People Experience & Engagement Specialist to lead our People Experience & Engagement efforts. In this role, you’ll be responsible for building a workplace that’s vibrant, inclusive, and aligned with our shared vision. You will own the full employee lifecycle experience, from onboarding to engagement, recognition, and retention, while also driving key culture and DE&I initiatives.


Requirements

  • 5–8 years of experience in HR, Employee Experience, People & Culture or HRBP roles.
  • Strong expertise in employee engagement, retention strategies, and culture building.
  • Excellent communication skills — confident, people-friendly, and a natural connector.
  • Proven ability to design and execute HR programs end-to-end, with a mix of creativity and strategic thinking.
  • Comfortable with tools like Google Suite, Canva, Slack/Teams, survey platforms, HRMS, and preferably HR analytics (Power BI, dashboards).
  • Bonus: Experience in public speaking, anchoring events, or creative storytelling for employee communication.


Responsibilities

  • Act as the voice of employee engagement and culture – design and lead initiatives that keep teams connected, motivated, and aligned.
  • Lead employee lifecycle programs: onboarding, engagement, performance feedback, recognition, and exit experience.
  • Plan and host inclusive team events, workshops, and wellness initiatives (virtual + in-office).
  • Own internal communication strategy: newsletters, campaigns, celebration decks, and culture storytelling.
  • Partner with leadership to design and implement HR programs for retention, recognition, and DE&I.
  • Conduct pulse surveys, feedback sessions, and engagement analytics, using insights to improve employee satisfaction.
  • Support L&D initiatives, leadership workshops, and capability-building programs in partnership with internal/external experts.
  • Drive wellness and employee assistance programs, focusing on mental health and overall well-being.
  • Collaborate on policy communication and grievance resolution mechanisms to ensure a transparent and employee-centric workplace.
