People & Culture Specialist

As a People Experience & Engagement Specialist at Beebom, you would play a crucial role in creating a vibrant, inclusive workplace aligned with the company's vision. Your responsibilities would include: - Acting as the voice of employee engagement and culture by designing and leading initiatives to keep teams connected, motivated, and aligned. - Leading employee lifecycle programs such as onboarding, engagement, performance feedback, recognition, and exit experience. - Planning and hosting inclusive team events, workshops, and wellness initiatives both virtually and in-office. - Owning the internal communication strategy through newsletters, campaigns, celebration decks, and culture storytelling. - Partnering with leadership to develop and implement HR programs focusing on retention, recognition, and diversity, equity, and inclusion (DE&I). - Conducting pulse surveys, feedback sessions, and engagement analytics to enhance employee satisfaction. - Supporting learning and development initiatives, leadership workshops, and capability-building programs. - Driving wellness and employee assistance programs with a focus on mental health and overall well-being. - Collaborating on policy communication and grievance resolution mechanisms to ensure a transparent and employee-centric workplace. Qualifications required for this role include: - 5-8 years of experience in HR, Employee Experience, or HRBP roles. - Strong expertise in employee engagement, retention strategies, and culture building. - Excellent communication skills with confidence, people-friendly attitude, and natural connector abilities. - Proven track record in designing and executing HR programs end-to-end with a mix of creativity and strategic thinking. - Familiarity with tools like Google Suite, Canva, Slack/Teams, survey platforms, HRMS, and preferably HR analytics tools like Power BI and dashboards. - Bonus: Experience in public speaking, event anchoring, or creative storytelling for employee communication.
