We’re hiring for a Media Sales Specialist at Beebom to support our ad sales efforts by working with consumer tech brands (such as Samsung, Apple, OnePlus, Oppo, Vivo etc.) and related media agencies.

We’re hiring a Media Sales Specialist to support our ad sales efforts by working with consumer tech brands (such as Samsung, Apple, OnePlus, Oppo, Vivo etc.) and related media agencies.

This role involves driving website ad sales by contributing to outreach, developing pitches, supporting deal closures, and coordinating campaign execution. You’ll focus on identifying new business opportunities, maintaining a healthy sales pipeline, collaborating with internal teams, and ultimately delivering high-end results.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in digital ad sales, media sales, preferably in the media or consumer tech industry
  • Familiarity with media agencies and marketing teams at tech brands
  • Good understanding of digital ad metrics like CPM, CTR, and impressions
  • Experience with CRM tools e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar
  • Ability to support pitch creation and client presentations
  • Strong communication and coordination skills are a MUST
  • Basic knowledge of tools like Google Analytics or social media insights for reporting
  • Interest in consumer technology and awareness of major tech brands

Responsibilities

  • Identify and engage potential tech brands and media agencies for digital ad opportunities
  • Assist in preparing sales pitches, proposals, and media plans
  • Support the end-to-end sales process — from outreach to post-sale follow-up
  • Maintain and update the sales pipeline and track deal statuses
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely campaign execution
  • Monitor campaign performance and ensure client expectations are fulfilled
  • Stay updated about industry trends, competitor activity, and digital media buying behavior
  • Contribute to ROI goals by achieving individual and team-based sales targets
