Beebom is one of the leading consumer technology platforms that aims to help people understand and use technology in a better way. We create content around smartphones, laptops, and smart devices, reaching millions of users across our website, video platforms, and social media channels.

We are hiring a Digital Ad Sales Manager to drive revenue growth by selling digital media space to consumer technology brands and their media agencies.


The role involves end-to-end sales responsibilities, including campaign planning, pitching, deal closure, and account management. The primary focus will be on generating advertising deals, managing the sales pipeline, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless execution and successful delivery of campaigns.


Requirements

  • 5–8 years of experience in digital ad sales, preferably in media or consumer tech
  • Existing relationships with media agencies and digital marketing teams at tech brands
  • Strong understanding of digital advertising metrics (CPM, CTR, impressions, conversions, etc.)
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g. HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar) to manage pipeline and reporting
  • Ability to create and present compelling sales decks using various presentation tools
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and clients simultaneously
  • Basic working knowledge of Google Analytics and social media insights to understand campaign performance
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Experience in closing display, video, and branded content ad campaigns
  • Awareness of ad platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, YouTube Studio) is a PLUS
  • Team leadership is a must-have skill


Responsibilities

  • Own the full sales cycle for digital media campaigns (display, native, video, sponsorship)
  • Develop and manage relationships with media buyers and digital marketing teams at tech brands and agencies
  • Build and pitch customized media plans and proposals based on campaign objectives
  • Drive revenue growth through short- to mid-term media buys, performance-led packages, and repeat business
  • Collaborate with campaign ops, design, and content teams to ensure smooth delivery and reporting
  • Mentor junior team members and support their client-facing work
  • Maintain pipeline in CRM and provide regular sales forecasts and performance reports.
