What You’ll Do

  • Partner strategically: Work with leadership to understand business goals, shape people strategies, and drive workforce excellence.
  • Lead culture and change: Champion organizational transformation, design, and change management initiatives that strengthen business performance.
  • Drive talent acquisition: Build and execute annual hiring plans, implement sourcing strategies, and manage the full recruitment lifecycle from requisition to onboarding- delivering on time, cost, and quality goals.
  • Enable performance and growth: Lead performance management cycles, coach managers, and partner with L&D to develop capability and close skill gaps.
  • Enhance engagement and culture: Act as an employee advocate- running engagement forums, listening programs, and recognition initiatives that build a strong, inclusive culture.
  • Leverage people insights: Use HR analytics to identify trends, deliver actionable insights, and inform leadership decisions.
  • Support business continuity: Drive succession planning, talent reviews, and mobility initiatives to ensure a future-ready organization.

What We’re Looking For

  • 1–4 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in a fast-paced or growth-oriented environment.
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office, Google Workspace, LinkedIn and experience with HRMS or ATS tools preferred.
  • High sense of ownership, confidentiality, and attention to detail.
