Job Description

Learning Manager

enterprise learning solutions

leading instructional design teams

Location: PAN India

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage end-to-end learning programs for SAP / ERP / Systems implementations
Define learning strategy, curriculum design, and delivery models
Manage and mentor instructional designers and learning specialists
Develop high-quality digital learning content (e-learning, videos, blended formats)
Apply instructional design methodologies (ADDIE, adult learning principles)
Partner with global stakeholders and manage multiple engagements
Ensure quality, timelines, and stakeholder satisfaction

Required Skills & Experience

10+ years of experience in
Learning & Development / Instructional Design
Strong exposure to
SAP / ERP / Systems Implementation learning
Experience in
consulting or professional services environment
Hands-on experience with tools such as:

SAP Enable Now
Articulate Storyline / Rise
Adobe Captivate
Vyond / Camtasia

Strong stakeholder management and leadership skills
Excellent communication and presentation abilities

Good to Have

Experience in
HR Transformation / People Consulting
Exposure to global delivery models
Experience working with multiple ERP platforms (SAP, Workday, Oracle)
