Key Responsibilities

  • Acquire new domestic clients for

    IT hiring & staffing services

  • Generate leads via

    cold calling, LinkedIn, emails, referrals, and networking

  • Engage with

    HR Heads, TA Managers, CTOs & decision-makers

  • Sell

    Permanent Hiring, Contract Staffing, C2H, and RPO solutions

  • Prepare proposals, negotiate commercials, and close deals
  • Manage key accounts and ensure repeat & exclusive business
  • Upsell and cross-sell recruitment services

Required Skills & Experience

  • IT recruitment sales / staffing business development

  • Strong understanding of

    IT hiring lifecycle & domestic market

  • Proven track record in

    new client acquisition

  • Excellent communication, negotiation & presentation skills
  • Experience selling

    IT staffing/recruitment solutions
