Job Title:

Job Summary:

Instructional Designer

Key Responsibilities:

Design and develop learning content using
SAP Enable Now
(simulations, demos, in-app guidance)
Create eLearning modules, storyboards, and training assets for
SAP systems
Collaborate with SAP functional teams and SMEs to assess training needs
Develop content using
Instructional Design models
(ADDIE, SAM)
Build digital learning using tools like
Articulate Storyline / Adobe Captivate
Maintain and update training materials during SAP implementations

Required Skills:

SAP Enable Now
(mandatory)
Instructional Design, Storyboarding, Curriculum Development
SAP / ERP training experience (S/4HANA preferred)
Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate
Stakeholder and SME collaboration

Experience & Location:

Experience:
4–8 years
Location:
PAN India (Bangalore, Pune, Hyderabad, Noida, Kolkata, Chennai, Coimbatore, Kochi)

Preferred Background:

Experience with
SAP implementation or transformation projects
Consulting / IT Services / Big 4 exposure preferred
Knowledge of Digital Adoption tools (Enable Now, WalkMe – plus)
