Job Description

Role & responsibilities

In this role, the HRBP will collaborate with Business Units (BUs) to develop and implement HR strategies and solutions aimed at achieving key business objectives and delivering impactful results. The scope of work includes, but is not limited to:

  • Enhancing workforce capability(Blue Collar Workforce/White Collar workforce)
  • Driving change leadership
  • Managing talent and succession planning
  • Supporting day-to-day HR operations and continuous process improvements

The role also involves project management for various HR initiatives, such as training and development, policy review and implementation, and succession planning.

Educational Qualification:

  • Full-time MBA in HR(Not Mandatory) along with Graduation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Workforce and Talent Management:

    • Partner with business leaders on workforce planning, succession planning, skills assessment, and talent management.
  • Labour Compliance:

    • Ensure 100% compliance with labour laws and regulations at the site.
  • Data Analysis and Insights:

    • Review and analyze BU data to identify trends, and recommend solutions to enhance performance, retention, and employee experience.
  • Employee Relations:

    • Collaborate with line managers and employees to address employee relations issues, ensuring a balanced representation of all parties' interests.
  • Training and Development:

    • Assess BUs HR training needs and conduct 1:1 or group training sessions as required.
  • Policy Implementation:

    • Administer and implement HR policies, programs, and procedures effectively.

What You Should Have:

  • Proven ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders across different organizational levels to drive results.
  • Experience in managing contractual workforce and ensuring smooth operations.
  • Strong knowledge of Industrial Relations (IR), local labour laws, and compliance regulations.
  • Solid business and HR acumen, with strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and self-initiative skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to coach managers and supervisors on best practices to maximize effectiveness.
  • Excellent written, verbal communication, and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in preparing high-quality documents and reports.
  • Understanding of Supply Chain (SC) operations and the ability to support and develop SC leaders.
