What You Will Do
As the HR Business Partner you will actively partner with commercial (sales) and support functions to drive the execution of core employee lifecycle processes—including performance management, talent engagement, workforce planning, and organizational effectiveness. Acting as a trusted advisor, you will provide consultative support to leaders, enabling stronger team performance, talent retention, and sustainable organizational growth.
Key Responsibilities
Ensure business intimacy
- Design and implement the HR agenda for assigned teams, aligned with overall HR and business strategies.
- Integrate HR priorities seamlessly into business plans to strengthen organizational performance.
- Leverage business, financial, and operational insights to shape tailored HR solutions that drive impact
Drive talent agenda and build organizational capability
- Assess talent and capability needs of assigned teams/functions with the use of analytics and proactive workforce planning.
- Translate and integrate global HR framework/approach into country-level initiatives that support business growth.
Deliver People Analytics and Insights
- Design, develop, and publish dashboards that track key people metrics at the organizational level (e.g., attrition, engagement, performance, diversity, and workforce productivity).
- Use data and analytics to generate actionable insights that inform decision-making, improve organizational efficiency, and accelerate growth.
- Partner with HR team and Business leaders to interpret metrics, identify trends, and implement evidence-based solutions.

What We Are Looking For
- MBA in HR is preferred from a reputed institute
- 4+ years of Business Partnering experience, preferably having supported sales teams
