People and Operations Executive

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and organized People and Operations Executive to support our HR and operational functions. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or professionals with up to 1 year of experience who are passionate about people management, organizational efficiency, and executive support.

Key Responsibilities:

People Operations

• Assist in recruitment: screening resumes, coordinating interviews, and onboarding.
• Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
• Support employee engagement initiatives and internal communications.
• Help organize training sessions, workshops, and performance reviews.
• Respond to employee queries and escalate issues as needed.

Operations & Executive Support

• Coordinate day-to-day office operations including vendor management and logistics.
• Assist in streamlining internal processes and improving operational efficiency.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation for internal and client meetings.
• Act as an Executive Assistant to senior leadership:
• Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements.
• Handle confidential information with discretion.
• Track action items and follow-ups from leadership meetings.
• Liaise with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of tasks and projects.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field.
• 0–1 year of experience in HR, operations, or executive support (internships count).
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); familiarity with HRMS tools is a plus.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Professional demeanor and attention to detail.
