Job Description

About the Role

We are looking for a reliable, execution-focused People & Operations Coordinator to manage HR documentation, maintain a continuous hiring pipeline, and run day-to-day HR operations.

This is not a policy, culture, or strategy role.
This role is for someone who likes structure, coordination, follow-ups, and getting things done quietly and consistently.

Key Responsibilities1. Documentation & Contracts (Primary Responsibility)

  • Draft and manage contracts for external trainers and corporate projects
  • Prepare offer letters, NDAs, agreements, and basic HR documents
  • Maintain proper digital records of all contracts and people documents
  • Track signatures, follow-ups, renewals, and expiries
  • Ensure documentation is clean, updated, and easy to retrieve

2. Hiring & Talent Pipeline (Ongoing Responsibility)

  • Continuously source candidates for open positions (full-time & contractual)
  • Maintain a live database of trainers, candidates, interns, and future hires
  • Screen resumes and conduct first-round coordination calls
  • Schedule interviews and manage candidate communication
  • Keep warm leads active even when no immediate hiring is planned

(You are not responsible for final hiring decisions.)

3. Core HR Operations (Routine Work)

  • Attendance tracking and leave records
  • Payroll coordination and salary inputs
  • Joining and exit formalities
  • Maintaining employee records and basic compliance

What This Role Is NOT

  • Not a sales role
  • Not a recruitment consultant role
  • Not an HR policy / culture / L&D role
  • Not a strategic HRBP role

If you are looking for pure HR policy or leadership HR, this role will not suit you.

Who This Role Is For

  • Someone who enjoys operations, coordination, and follow-ups
  • Comfortable handling documentation and admin work
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and dependable
  • Clear communicator (calls, WhatsApp, email)
  • Comfortable working in a startup environment
  • Willing to take ownership and responsibility

Experience & Skills

  • 0–3 years experience in HR / admin / operations / coordination roles
  • Basic knowledge of HR processes (offers, contracts, payroll coordination)
  • Good Excel / Google Sheets skills
  • Comfortable using email, WhatsApp, Google Drive
  • Prior experience in startups, training companies, or agencies is a plus

Work Location & Mode

  • On-site / Hybrid (depending on discussion)
  • Pune preferred

Compensation

₹18,000 – ₹25,000 per month
(Based on experience and capability)
