Business Development Executive

🛠 Key Responsibilities:

Identify and connect with potential clients, primarily in international markets.
Generate qualified leads through cold calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach, and other channels.
Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients and key decision-makers.
Understand service offerings and present customized solutions based on client needs.
Schedule meetings, give presentations, and support sales closures.
Maintain accurate records of sales activity and client interactions using CRM tools.
Collaborate with internal teams to align offerings with client expectations.

🎯 Requirements:

Mandatory:
Experience working with an
accounting firm or within the financial services industry

2–3 years of business development or sales experience.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

night shift (6:30 PM – 3:30 AM IST)
