Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Shared Services Lead to oversee and manage critical HR operations. This role will be responsible for ensuring a seamless onboarding process, accurate payroll and attendance management, HR system administration, and the successful implementation of the Performance Management System (PMS). The ideal candidate will be a proactive leader with a strong understanding of HR processes, compliance, and process improvement initiatives.


Key Responsibilities:

  1. Onboarding Process:

    Oversee and manage the end-to-end onboarding process, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience for new employees.
  2. Payroll and Attendance Management:

    Lead the payroll and attendance processes, ensuring accuracy, timely execution, and compliance with labor laws.
  3. HR System Administration:

    Maintain and administer HR systems, ensuring data integrity, process efficiency, and system optimization.
  4. PMS System Implementation:

    Drive the successful implementation and management of the Performance Management System (PMS) to support employee development and business goals.
  5. Process Improvement:

    Identify opportunities to enhance HR Shared Services processes, improving efficiency and effectiveness.
  6. Policy Implementation:

    Ensure HR policies and procedures are effectively implemented and aligned with company objectives and legal requirements.
  7. Compliance Management:

    Ensure adherence to all relevant employment laws, regulations, and internal company policies to mitigate risks.


Qualifications & Skills:

  1. Bachelor's/Master's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  2. 6-8 years of experience in HR Shared Services, HR Operations, or a similar role.
  3. Strong understanding of HR processes, payroll, and compliance requirements.
  4. Experience with HRIS systems and data management.
  5. Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and process improvement skills.
  6. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  7. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  8. Analytical mindset with proficiency in Excel and HR analytics.
