Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Payroll Executive to join our team in Mohali. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate salary reports and managing statutory compliance related to payroll functions. Key Responsibilities: Prepare and process employee salaries in a timely and accurate manner. Maintain payroll records and ensure compliance with company policies and government regulations. Handle statutory compliance including EPF, ESI, Professional Tax, and other applicable laws. Coordinate with HR and Finance departments for seamless payroll operations. Address employee queries related to payroll and deductions. Stay updated on changes in payroll and tax laws to ensure ongoing compliance. Required Skills and Qualifications: Proven experience in payroll processing and compliance management. Strong understanding of EPF, ESI, Professional Tax, and other statutory regulations.
