Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Collect, validate, and process payroll inputs (attendance, new joiners, exits, incentives, deductions)
  • Calculate wages, bonuses, overtime, leave without pay, arrears, and other components
  • Ensure accurate computation of statutory deductions including

    PF, ESI, PT, TDS, Gratuity

    , etc.
  • Maintain employee payroll records and update changes in HR/payroll systems
  • Prepare payroll reports such as salary registers, variance reports, and bank statements
  • Coordinate with HR for employee master data management and query resolution
  • Work with Finance team to release salary payments and perform GL reconciliation
  • Generate payslips, Form 16, and other required payroll documentation
  • Handle statutory filings and ensure compliance with labor laws & tax regulations
  • Support internal/external audits with payroll data and documentation
  • Maintain high confidentiality and ensure data integrity at all times
