Prepare and process monthly payroll
Handle full & final settlements for resigned employees
Gather monthly performance and target-achievement data from Sales, Service, Bodyshop, Call Center, and Technicians
Calculate incentives based on approved schemes
Coordinate with departmental heads to finalize incentive payouts based on valid proofs and approvals
Ensure timely disbursement of monthly as per company policy
Ensure accurate deduction and timely submission of statutory payments (PF, ESI, PT, LWF, TDS).
Generate and file monthly/annual statutory reports through government portals.
