Payroll Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

Payroll Processing:

·      Independently manage end-to-end India payroll processes ensuring 100% accuracy and timeliness.

·      Ensure salary components, bonuses, and deductions are processed as per company policies.

Statutory Compliance:

·      Ensure strict adherence to all statutory laws including PF, ESI, Gratuity, Professional Tax, LWF, and Income Tax.

·      File returns and handle statutory payments within prescribed timelines.

Payroll System (ADP):

ADP Payroll System

·      Generate payroll inputs and validate pay outputs through ADP tools and dashboards.

Reconciliations:

·      Perform paysheet and timesheet reconciliations to ensure data accuracy.

·      Reconcile payroll with finance and accounting records (debits and credits).

Post-Payroll Reporting & Analysis:

·      Prepare monthly payroll reports, variance reports, and audit trails.

Accounting Support:

·      Basic knowledge of accounting principles to ensure accurate payroll posting and journal entries.

Audit & Documentation:

·      Maintain payroll records, reports, and documentation for internal and external audits.

·      Ensure data privacy and compliance with all applicable regulations.
