Job Summary:

We are seeking a analytical Payroll Analyst to join our finance and accounting team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and executing all payroll functions, ensuring all employee payments are processed accurately and on time. This role requires a deep understanding of payroll regulations, excellent problem-solving skills, and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Processing payroll transactions, including salaries, bonuses, and other compensation, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

• Verifying timesheets and other payroll documents to resolve discrepancies.

• Ensuring compliance with payroll laws and tax regulations.

• Managing deductions such as benefits and garnishments.

• Conducting payroll audits and data analysis.

• Reconciling payroll accounts and preparing reports.

• Responding to employee inquiries about pay and benefits.

• Collaborating with HR and finance on employee data.

• Assisting with year-end processes and tax documents.

• Documenting and updating payroll procedures.

• Staying informed about changes in payroll regulations.

Qualifications:

• Education: A Bachelor's degree in Finance/CA inter is typically required.

• Experience: 3–5 years of payroll experience is often preferred.

• Technical Skills: Proficiency with payroll software and advanced Excel skills are important.

• Analytical Skills: Strong analytical abilities and attention to detail are necessary.

• Soft Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills are essential, as is the ability to handle confidential information.
