Payroll Executive – Payroll Operations (Ludhiana Office)

Job Summary

We are expanding our payroll services to Malaysian companies and are hiring Payroll Executives for our Ludhiana office.

You will manage end-to-end payroll operations for Malaysian clients — including onboarding, monthly payroll, statutory compliance, and employee query management — using HR2000 Payroll & HRMS software.

Full training on Malaysian payroll laws and systems will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure and manage HR2000 payroll system for new clients.
• Maintain employee records and process monthly payroll accurately.
• Handle statutory filings & payments (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB, HRDF).
• Generate payslips and payroll reports.
• Manage leave, attendance, and expense claims.
• Address payroll-related employee queries.
• Assist in documenting Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, HR, or related field.
• 1–4 years of payroll / HR experience preferred; freshers with strong Excel skills can apply.
• Good English communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Formulas).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
