Management Accountant

• Managing and maintaining BL P&L and Balance Sheet as per the policies and financial reporting framework
• Quarterly revenue and cost forecasting including updating of rolling forecast model
• Performing monthly analysis e.g. actual vs. budget analysis, variance analysis, etc.
• Monthly closing of books for BL, and reporting the results to the Operations Managers
• Prepare and booking of GL entries, including prepaid, accruals, allocations, reclassifications etc.
• Accounts receivable and accounts payable control
• Proposing monthly Fixed Asset capitalizations, approving inter-company transfers and processing of write-offs
• Undertake financial planning, forecasting and monitoring of results versus objectives
• Ensure consistent implementation of standard finance practices
• Identify weaknesses in internal control and propose action plan
• Assess and highlight opportunities for increased cost efficiencies, driver for change
• Participate in Internal Audit assignments
• Assist with ad hoc reporting, analysis or projects as required
• Complies with applicable company policies, including Personnel, Quality System and Health, Safety and Environment standards and procedures
• Value addition through introduction of simple control activities and financial models.
• Perform other general office duties as need

Qualifications:

Qualified or Semi Qualified CA, CMA

Experience:

1-6 Years experience in Management Accounting

IT Skills

• Expert in MS office, ERP's
• Expert in searching content online

Skills

• Professional presentation and conduct
• Strong communication skills. Ability to communicate with as well as support effective partnerships with senior management, peers and subordinates, and to influence operations.
• Must have excellent follow-up and tracking skills
• Ability to build rapport and able to analyze and solve problems

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹100,000.00 per month
