Position: Payroll Executive – HR Operations Location: Hingna MIDC – Nagpur Job Type: Full-time Salary: Rs 20,000 – 30,000 Job Summary: We are seeking a Payroll Executive to manage HR operational processes, coordinate with recruitment teams, ensure accurate payroll execution, and maintain strong client and employee relationships. This role requires strong attention to detail, process management, and the ability to work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth payroll and HR operations. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate with recruiters to ensure accurate and timely collection of employee data for payroll processing. Monitor documentation, attendance, onboarding details, and ensure compliance for payroll accuracy. Act as the primary point of contact for clients regarding payroll queries, compliance requirements, and HR operations support. Maintain strong client relationships to ensure timely approvals, data submissions, and service satisfaction. Oversee workforce data management and ensure timely submission of joining details, exits, and monthly manpower reports. Track HR operations metrics and prepare payroll reports, activity summaries, and compliance documents. Ensure all payroll processes adhere to labor laws, statutory requirements, and company policies. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Commerce, Business, or a related field. 1–2 years of experience in payroll, HR operations, or staffing coordination. Strong communication, data management, and client-handling skills. Proficiency in payroll tools, recruitment software, and MS Office.
