Payroll Executive

Payroll Management Process end-to-end monthly payroll for all employees (on-roll and off-roll as applicable). Validate attendance, leave data, overtime, incentives, and deductions before payroll run. Prepare salary inputs and coordinate with HR, Finance, and Operations teams. Ensure accurate disbursement of salaries, reimbursements, arrears, full & final settlements, etc. Statutory Compliance Ensure timely calculation and filing of PF, ESIC, PT, LWF, TDS, and other statutory contributions. Prepare and submit statutory returns and coordinate with statutory consultants/auditors. Maintain compliance as per the latest labour laws and regulatory guidelines. Audit & Reporting Prepare payroll MIS reports: Salary register, headcount reports, variance reports, cost sheets. Support internal and external audits by providing required payroll data & documentation. Maintain up-to-date payroll records, employee files, and documentation. Employee Support Address employee queries related to salary, deductions, reimbursements, statutory benefits, etc. Coordinate with banks regarding salary accounts, failed transactions, and related concerns. Systems & Process Improvement Manage payroll software/HRMS and ensure accurate data updates. Identify process gaps and recommend improvements for faster and error-free payroll operations. Collaborate with IT/HRMS teams for system enhancements and automation.
