Payroll Executive (UAE Payroll)

Experience Required:

Job Purpose

The Payroll Executive is responsible for managing end-to-end payroll processing for UAE operations, ensuring full compliance with UAE Labour Law and company policies. The role requires strong system expertise, exceptional accuracy, and the ability to manage complex payroll tasks within strict timelines.

Key Responsibilities

Payroll Management

  • Execute monthly payroll for UAE employees with 100% accuracy and on-time delivery.
  • Process earnings, deductions, overtime, incentives, leave salary, EOSB calculations, final settlements, and adjustments.
  • Validate time & attendance data, shift records, biometric logs, and attendance discrepancies.
  • Ensure payroll is aligned with UAE labour regulations, WPS requirements, and internal audit standards.
  • Reconcile payroll reports, variance analysis, and financial entries in SAP S/4HANA.
  • Generate SIF files, bank transfer files, and payroll MIS reports.

SAP SuccessFactors & S/4HANA

  • Manage payroll workflows, data validation, approvals, and issue resolution using SuccessFactors.
  • Handle payroll configuration inputs, testing, and integration checks between SuccessFactors and S/4HANA.
  • Support digitalization and payroll automation initiatives.

Employee Services

  • Handle employee inquiries related to salary, deductions, overtime, payslips, and payroll policies.
  • Issue salary certificates, loan letters, and payroll-related documentation.
  • Manage payroll-related service requests through HR helpdesk / ticketing systems.

Compliance & Audits

  • Ensure adherence to UAE WPS requirements and timely submissions.
  • Maintain compliance with UAE Labour Law, gratuity rules, and statutory requirements.
  • Prepare audit files and support internal/external audit reviews.
  • Maintain confidential payroll records in line with data protection standards.

End of Service & Final Settlements

  • Compute EOSB as per UAE Labour Law (limited/unlimited contract rules).
  • Process final settlement, leave encashment, repatriation, and exit payroll.
  • Coordinate with HR/PRO for visa cancellation impacts on payroll.

Reporting & Analytics

  • Prepare monthly payroll MIS, manpower cost reports, variance reports, and budgeting support.
  • Analyze cost trends and support finance with accruals and provisions.

Required Skills & Competencies

  • Strong expertise in

    SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central & Payroll

    .
  • Working knowledge of

    SAP S/4HANA payroll integration

    .
  • Deep understanding of

    UAE Labour Law, WPS

    , overtime rules, leave policies, and EOSB calculations.
  • Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, vlookup, formulas, validations).
  • Strong analytical mindset and exceptional attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle high-volume payroll in a fast-paced environment.
  • Professional communication skills and confidentiality.

Qualification

  • Bachelors degree in HR/Finance/Accounting or relevant field.
  • 2–5 years of

    UAE/GCC payroll experience

    (mandatory).
  • Experience in Consumer Electronics/FMCG/hospitality payroll is an advantage.
